Last updated 10 September 2026 · version 1
CloudStorm is an infrastructure platform operated by SIX4 Technologies LLC. Our customers run
their own servers, websites, shops and automations on hostnames we issue beneath
cloudstorm.cloud — for example example-1a2b3c4d-d.cloudstorm.cloud.
The content on those hostnames belongs to the customer, not to us.
If you have received spam, been phished, found malware, or seen any other abuse coming from a CloudStorm hostname or IP address, please tell us and we will act on it.
How to report
Email [email protected]. This inbox is monitored and every report is reviewed by a person.
What to include
You do not need all of this, but the more you can give us the faster we can act:
- The hostname or IP address involved.
- The date and time you saw it, including your time zone.
- Full message headers, if you are reporting email.
- A URL, screenshot, or log excerpt showing the activity.
What happens next
We acknowledge reports within two business days. We investigate every report, and where a report is substantiated we act on the responsible account — which may mean requiring the customer to remove the content, suspending the service, or terminating the account. We may share your report with the customer concerned so that they can address it; tell us if you would prefer we did not.
We cannot edit or remove customer content on request without an investigation, and we are not able to act as an arbiter of disputes between third parties.
Law enforcement and legal requests
Law enforcement requests, subpoenas and other legal process should be sent to [email protected] rather than to the abuse address, so that they reach the right people without delay.
Security vulnerabilities
If you have found a vulnerability in CloudStorm itself rather than abuse by a customer, please report it to [email protected]. We will not pursue action against good-faith security research.
